Pupil Premium and Catch-up Funding
Pupil Premium Funding: Allocation and Impact
Each year the school receives a Pupil Premium Grant. This is funding provided to schools to close the attainment gap between disadvantaged pupils and their peers. The school receives an amount of money for each pupil of compulsory school age who fits the eligibility criteria. In 2021-22 this is £1345 for every child recorded as eligible for Free School Meals in the last six years, £2345 for every Looked After Child and £2345 for children adopted from care.

Catch Up Funding
The government provided funding to cover a one-off universal catch-up premium for the 2020 to 2021 academic year.
It aimed to support pupils to catch up for lost learning so schools can meet the curriculum expectations for the next academic year.
