As part of our Reach for the Summit topic work we completed ceramics based on The Great Wave of Kangawa' by the Japanese artist Hokusai.

Contour potatoes

We investigated contour lines by drawing on potatoes! We accurately measured in millimetres in our maths lesson and marked the contours carefully.

Hokusai watercolours

As part of our Hokusai study we used watercolours to explore imagery and colour in his paintings.
